ZYNCLY
Proof · Luke de Marco

You've had my letter. Here's what I actually do.

I'm a fixer. I take the jobs that keep landing back on the owner's desk and I get them done. Below is what that looks like in real life, and a quick check to see if it's you.

Things I've fixed

Before and after

Fix Radio

The problem
A national radio start-up needed studios, fast, and money to keep going.
What I did
Found the building, did the lease, had it fitted out as two studios, a back office and a sales floor.
Result
On time, under budget, and £400,000 raised for the station.

TJB Super Yachts

The problem
Sales were flying and everything behind them was falling apart.
What I did
Rebuilt the processes, put Salesforce in, took invoicing, credit control and cashflow in hand.
Result
Handed back running, with the owner out of the weeds.

The G7 swap

The problem
A G7 summit support aircraft had to be replaced at short notice, with a four-hour window.
What I did
Found a replacement and got it through summit security.
Result
Done in 120 minutes.

Egypt

The problem
200 holidaymakers stuck in Egypt during civil unrest.
What I did
Staged two aircraft in Cyprus, got military pre-clearance into Cairo, and shuttled people out via Larnaca.
Result
Everyone home.

The night shift

The problem
Eighty aircraft flying round the clock, with no night shift in the operations room.
What I did
Set up 24/7 operations rooms across the UK, Malta, Nigeria, Delhi and Singapore, and got the team on board.
Result
Round-the-clock cover with the staffing budget held flat.

Your one

The problem
Whatever's been on your list the longest.
What I'll do
Tell you how I'd fix it, then fix it, free, so you can see how I work.
Result
One less thing on you. Text me.
Something you can see

A business that runs without me in it

One real booking, start to finish. About a minute and a half, no sound needed.
  1. Step 1EnquiryComes in from the website, logged straight away.
  2. Step 2Quote and bookingPriced and confirmed without a phone call.
  3. Step 3Staff bookedThe crew offered the shift and confirmed.
  4. Step 4Food orderedOrder sized to the booking and sent.
  5. Step 5Deposit takenPayment link out, deposit in.
  6. Step 67-day reminderThe client gets the details a week out.
  7. Step 7Final paymentChased automatically, not by me.
  8. Step 8Crew briefEverything the team needs, two days before.

This runs my own events business, Seared Events. From the first enquiry to the day of the event, nobody types, chases or phones anything. The only human input is two clicks: assign the trailer and approve the crew. Those stay with a person on purpose, because which trailer suits the event and which crew suits the client are judgement calls. Stock runs through our own StockFlow. Your business will have its own version of this, and that's the kind of thing I build.

The Friday one-pager

Where you stand, on one page

Monday's three
  1. Invoice the three finished jobs.
  2. Chase the two overdue.
  3. Follow up the two oldest quotes.

Every Friday you get one page. What's coming in, what's stuck, what's owed, and the three things to do on Monday.

A lot of owners have money sitting in finished jobs nobody has invoiced. This is how you find it.

Your first fix is free

Text me the one job that's been on your list the longest. I'll tell you how I'd fix it, and if you want, I'll fix it, free, so you can see how I work before you spend a penny.

And if it's not for you, no problem at all. Good luck with it.
